- 1 Private Lesson : In this private lesson, you'll be given the basics you need to be ready for the regular group classes. Four our Kids and Junior Athletes, we will teach them the 3 Habits of a Black Belt. We will also have the opportunity to answery any and all questions you may have.
- 30 Days of Group Sessions: Use the techniques you learned in your private lesson and experience the excitement of our group classes. You'll meet students of all ability levels in our training hall. Find out about their success stories and become one of the team and part of the family.

Fight Sports South Beach Miami
The New Breed of Warrior
IMPACT's head instructor, Guro Ervin Quintin, pays a visit to South Beach Miami to the new Fight Sports training center meeting with Roberto "Cyborg" Abreu. Cyborg competed in world championships and has multiple champion titles from Pan American, Brazilian, European and South American events.
Guro Ervin began his introduction to the Fight Sports team with hours of private seminar instruction that had only four participants and spoken only in Portuguese. Afterwards, one of Cyborg's top ranking members, Ricardo, spent the next day going over multiple positions and techniques that involved the entire specturm of Cyborg's specialized curriculum. IMPACT looks forward to continue this relationship and will hold special training sessions that will later be released.
IMPACT will be pioneering a group of specialized instruction on Cyborg's curriculum that includes the introduction to the Tornado guard here in Virginia Beach. Contact us and be one of the first members to participate in our group. You defininately do not want to miss this!
