Muay Thai

Utilizing the cross tapping methods from our Kali base, the mindset of a weapons practitioner during empty hand situations was enhanced.  Observing the modalities manifesting in our member's actions on a given stimulus produced fascinating results.  Muay Thai kickboxing will never be viewed the same.  To supplement this mindset, Krabi Krabong exercises were also implemented as the structure is similar.

Warm up
 - Front to Back footwork drills
 - Shadowboxing

Pad Rounds
 - Jab; utility concepts
 - Concentration on power and strong breathing
 - Shoulder and hip rotation

Cardio
 - Four 30 second punching blitz
