Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Schedule Change

Starting Monday, September 18, 2023, we will be making a slight adjustment to our Tuesday and Thursday evening classes and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu uniform rotation.

Tuesday/Thursday 7:30 pm Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes will be changed into “No-Gi” classes.

This means that you won’t need your gi for these sessions, so make sure to come prepared with appropriate attire for no-gi training.

Recommended No Gi Uniform: Atos rashguard & Atos or Impact board shorts/spats

Acceptable Uniform: Black Rash guard & Black board shorts. No metal fittings or basketball shorts.

All Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes, excluding Tuesday/Thursday 7:30pm classes, will continue to be exclusively “Gi” classes.
