Muay Thai testing day! Many of our most dedicated students leveled up and rightfully earned their brand new rank. Each one showed their increasing skill and coordination during their technical demonstration as well as showing strength, speed, and spirit during their challenging cardio rounds. It is a wonderful thing to watch them grow into young adults and into mature martial artists at the same time.
