Art of the Eight Limbs
Traditional Muay Thai Kickboxing is a combat sport with its roots in Thailand, where it is known as the ‘Art of Eight Limbs’ because of how much emphasis it places on striking with eight parts of the body – hands, elbows, knees, and shins. It is an incredibly effective martial art that can be used for self-defense or to lose weight and get into shape.
Our Muay Thai program consists of three phases; Basics, Fundamentals and Advanced programs. You’ll learn the effectiveness of the traditional methods of Muay Thai from professionally trained instructors. If you’re looking for something new that will help you lose weight and get into better shape, we can help!
