Our training equipment upgrade for our heavy bag forest on our second training mat is almost complete! We have a second 7′ Fairtex banana pole heavy bag that is up and needs a little bit more stuffing before being ready for use for our Muay Thai and Filipino Martial Arts classes. If you have any clean clothes and fabric you would like to donate to fill up the new heavy bag, please bring them to our Virginia Beach location.
