Life can sometimes get in the way of training. If for some reason you need to cancel your membership, please email a written notice of Request for Cancellation to enrollmentadmin @ impact-athletes.com. We require thirty (30) days advanced notice of cancellation. You will be billed for a final month of training and a $200 cancellation fee applies for any cancellations before the end of the six (6) month agreement.

If you decide to re-enroll down the road, you can continue to train with the last rank earned instead of starting at the very beginning.

Additional family discount structure applies to the monthly installments only. Here is an example:

• 1st Enrollment = Normal tuition rate
• 2nd Enrollment = 10% off
• 3rd+ Enrollments = 15% off

Since martial arts classes require consistent and regular attendance to ensure progress and development, a fair training environment and an office that can focus on teaching, our current policy is on banked time instead of payment freeze.

If for any reason you need to be absent for a full month (4 consecutive weeks), you may request for Banked Time before your absence.

Your tuition would process normally during your month(s) of absence, and it would be credited to the end of your enrollment period.

Impact specific uniforms must be purchased in the pro-shop.
