Frequently Asked Questions
Life can sometimes get in the way of training. If for some reason you need to cancel your membership, please email a written notice of Request for Cancellation to enrollmentadmin@impact-athletes.com. We require thirty (30) days advanced notice of cancellation. You will be billed for a final month of training and a $200 cancellation fee applies for any cancellations before the end of the six (6) month agreement.
Automatic credit card charges or bank account drafts are run monthly on the date of sign up. Example: If you enrolled at the Academy and paid your first month dues on April 16th, your next charge will be run on May 16th.
Non-Instructor led training session where you can either train on your own or with partners and improve your martial arts skills.
At least 6 months experience is required to participate in Advanced level Jiu-Jitsu or Muay Thai Classes i.e. Two Stripe Jiu-Jitsu White Belt or Orange Muay Thai Armband. Speak to an instructor to find out if Advanced Class is right for you.
