One of our IMPACT Tribe mates, Rob Shermer, competed in IBJJF’s Pan-Ams 2015 championship in California. By consistent training and maintaining a healthy whole food eating plan, he demonstrated of skill and sportsmansahip in a bracket that held 40+ competitors by advancing to second round of matches.
“I learned a lot!” Rob reflects in a discussion with our teacher, Ervin Quintin. “Definitely had a great time. Let’s do it again!”
